LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We, as the Transgender & Queer Student Union, acknowledge that we are currently occupying the land of the yak titʸu titʸu yak tiłhini tribe. As an organization that has institutional ties to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, we understand that our existence is a result of the displacement of Indigenous peoples off their land, and through our work, we cannot reach true liberation without decolonial work.
